We listed this Abacoa townhouse just a few months ago in Mallory Creek in Abacoa. With new townhouse in Windsor Walk on a 6-9 month delivery timeline the used townhouses in Abacoa continue to rise in price. The townhouses in Mallory Creek are the newest development and were the first Divosta townhouses to have a list of featured upgrades available. Mallory Creek was the first phase that offered, : granite, S/S appliances, impact windows, European height cabinets and choices of tile and flooring. The older Abacoa communities had no options, all the cabinets were the same. Your choice was tile or carpet. We are closing on this property next week and expect continued strong sales in Abacoa.
Limited Abacoa Homes Inventory
The used home market in Abacoa is quickly catching the new prices of homes due to the short supply of used homes and the delivery time of new homes. Windsor Walk is almost sold out. By 2015 I’m sure all the homes will be sold if not early 2015. This will severely limit the choices for new affordable homes in Jupiter. What this will due is continue to push up homes prices in Abacoa. We soon may be seeing used homes selling for more than new Abacoa homes here in Jupiter. We have no more land available East of 95 for a home community. There is a small tract out West of 95 that Divosta will be building next.

With this recent sale we have seen Mallory Creek townhouses sell between $275 to $285,000 and asking prices are approaching $300,000. These are the smaller townhouses selling for this price. Not the large ones. I believe new prices are $270,000. We are seeing almost $200 sq. ft for a townhouse in Abacoa. The Jupiter housing market is stronger than ever.
