This week we had 65 homes close, up from 41 last week. This is the most homes closed in many months and shows how well the Jupiter market is.
We have some new listings this week that might catch your eye. Waterglades 12A is direct oceanfront with incredible ocean views up the beach overlooking MacArthur State Park. Dunes Tower has a NW corner which gives you ocean and Intracoastal views at $288,000. In Martinique in Singer Island a SE corner unit, 2,000 sq. ft listed at $749,000.

The Food Shack located in Jupiter Publix Plaza has just opened up their new bar/ seating area next door to their original restaurant. They will have live music, appetizers and a casual place to stop in and have a drink. Everyone who has visited Jupiter surely has stopped in for a meal at the Food Shack. Newcomers make this a must on your next visit to Jupiter.
