Juno Beach condos for sale
As season approaches and we have seem storms ravage the Northeast I expect to see alot of buyers down here looking for the proverbial Florida real estate deal. If you have been reading my newsletters and following the Palm Beach Post articles you will soon realize the deals are far and few between and inventory levels are way down from last year. I have a list of buyers I have been working with trying to find homes. They just can’t find that right one due to such limited choices. Foreclosures have become a joke with the banks causing you to bid against yourself. Short sales are the golden deals right now. I’m seeing fewer of those out there even in the lower end properties.
The Juno Beach condos are almost non existent with either short sales or foreclosures. I would say you won’t find a foreclosure in Juno Beach right now. The last one I saw was a ground floor oceanfront condo with a parking lot view. Very difficult to sell. No one wanted it. Do you want to stare at the hood of a car while sitting in your living room? Didn’t think so. I think Juno Beach has some of the best condos along the A1A strip. Would be my first choice if I was buying a winter vacation home. My favorite Juno Beach oceanfront condos are The Surf, Brigadoon and Beachfront. Each condo is quite different and unique. Search for oceanfront condos by visiting any of my websites.
