Jupiter Homes are Selling in Egret Landing, The Bluffs, and Abacoa
Jupiter homes are selling, and this week we had 51 Jupiter homes close, down from 54 last week. This is just a little under our average number of Jupiter homes selling each week. For September this is a real strong number.
The August Report for Jupiter from the mls is out and basically it shows year to date over 2010 new listings are up 9.1% and solds are up 24.2%. Nearly a 3 to 1 ratio of Jupiter homes are selling faster then new listings coming on the market. I’ll let you interpret that. The report is below.
In this week’s sold properties you will notice Egret Landing had 4 Jupiter homes selling. Egret Landing is a great family neighborhood and it is inside the Jupiter High School boundary.
Take a look at Egret Landing homes. Egret Landing has tennis courts, soccer fields, community pool and fitness center. Also has onsite boat storage.
Abacoa had two single family Jupiter homes selling and 4 townhomes this week. Abacoa in Jupiter is one of the more popular home communities here in Jupiter. Good schools, great location, close to shopping , golf and the beach. Abacoa has a small Town Center and don’t forget spring traing at Roger Dean Stadium. I saw a beautiful Bluffs home sell that was remodeled with a pool. Had shown it some time ago and the owner turned down low ball offers of $350,000 and I told him to hold out and he got $390,000 for the home. Bluffs homes start around low $300,000’s. Great location and I think the community is a true value.

Abacoa homes are selling real well with inventory levels outh there dropping and prices are stable out in the Abacoa home market.

Top Ten Report
This week I added Beachfront #904 in Juno Beach. SE corner condo on the sand with 1 garage parking space under the building and a separate garage space with its own locking garage door. Condo shows better than photos and is the best looking condo I have seen in Beachfront. Beautifully redone and looking to sell.
I also added one of my favorite buildings Ocean Royale. A 4th floor condo in the front building with beautiful ocean and beach views. 3 bedrooms and all the amenities. Just the right height and not to high. Don’t miss this condo.
