What makes Abacoa one of Jupiter’s most popular communities? Many new home buyers are looking for newer construction homes here in the Jupiter area. The Nautica continues to improve in the next phase at Windsor Park where they made some changes and enlarged the master bedroom. Once you step up to the single family homes in Abacoa you will find options from just under 1,300 sq. ft to over 4,000 sq. ft. The most popular homes seem to be one story 1,800 sq. ft 3 bedroom homes with retirees and snowbirds. Good open floorplan, eat in kitchen and two car garage. The larger two story homes are 2,500 sq. ft and 3,500 sq. ft which offer 4 and 5 bedrooms but are limited on baths with many being 4bd/2.5bath homes.
