Valencia in Abacoa – The premier Abacoa Community
The subdivision of Valencia was built by 4 different custom home builders. While the rest of Abacoa was built by Divosta and Centex homes Valencia was the hi end luxury community of Abacoa. With a unique Palm Beach look Valencia offers an array of homes form 2,300 to over 4,000 sq. ft. Different sections in Valencia have different styles and sizes of homes. Many of the homes like Abacoa are on long narrow lots and are courtyard homes with rear entry garages and alleys. These homes feature many upgrades not available in the other Abacoa communities such as Tuscany and Newhaven. You would find high end appliances, granite, crown moulding and high end floors. You could pick and chose you features unlike the rest of Abacoa.
Estate Homes in Valencia
The larger estate homes pictured above have the front loading garages as well as the porte caches which are always popular here in the sunny South Florida environment. These larger homes are usually 4,000 sq. ft and larger and feature large back yards with pools. The larger lots and bigger homes are very popular with residents. A feature of many Valencia homes are three car garages and large play rooms above the garages. The only item not seen in here were impact windows when this community was built in 2001-2003. Those windows were still very expensive so that is about the only feature you will not see.
Valencia & Abacoa Amenities
Valencia like all Abacoa communities has a central clubhouse where your mail will be picked up and you will meet your neighbors. The community pool and fitness center is also at the clubhouse. The Abacoa golf club is just minutes away and always popular to play a round of golf. Valencia also is in the Jupiter High School boundary one of only a few Abacoa communities that are in the limits.
