Abacoa Home Prices in Jupiter Continue to Soar
Abacoa Jupiter FL
As the last phase of Abacoa sells out we are seeing an increasing pressure on used home prices. Abacoa townhouses are now pushing nearly $300,000 for the smaller 1,500 sq. ft townhomes and nearly $350,000 for the larger 1,800 sq. ft townhomes. The smaller townhomes had been down to just under $200,000 at the bottom of the market and the larger ones were selling for about $225,000 at the bottom of the market. The popular Nautica model in Mallory Creek and Windsor Park are as high as $385,000. Many of the townhouses are 10 years old and some are even older. Abacoa still remains a popular community here in Jupiter.
