Alton homes Palm Beach Gardens is our newest neighborhood and one of the largest new neighborhoods in the area. Alton will feature over 1,400 single family homes and townhomes along with 350 apartments. The Kolter project will feature a new modern design for homes unlike any other communities in the area.
